HOPE of East Tennessee helps people recover from substance use and mental health disorders in a safe and welcoming place. Their mission is to treat every person with dignity, no matter their background or challenges. With residential treatment, outpatient programs, and transitional living, HOPE gives each client a chance to build a better future. Therapy and Treatment ApproachHOPE offers different levels of therapy, including intensive outpatient groups, individual counseling, and education about addiction and recovery. These services teach clients how to stay sober, handle stress, and avoid relapse. They focus on the 12 Step model and offer help with co-occurring mental health issues, supporting recovery from every angle. Transitional Living Men can stay at HOPE’s residential center for about 28 days, receiving structured support in early recovery. After treatment, both men and women can enter transitional housing, which includes fully furnished apartments and a two-phase program. Clients get help finding jobs, building sober support systems, and preparing for independent living, with continued staff support and connections to other health services.
