The program focuses on behavior modification in a supportive environment to foster healthy habits and recovery, specifically addressing trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and personality disorders through trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapies. At Hope Rising, people stay in a comfortable, home-like setting near Zion National Park. The focus is on creating a safe space for healing and practicing new, healthy habits.
