They provide individual, family, and group counseling, psychiatric services, and 24/7 crisis intervention. IHR provides quick access to emergency care, onsite psychiatric staff, and support for both mental health and addiction recovery. Their team uses evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), moral reconation therapy (MRT), and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Youth in crisis can access help through IHR’s Screening Assessment Support Services program, which offers screenings and short-term treatment planning to prevent hospitalization. Operation Snowball empowers students to make healthy choices and become peer leaders. IHR also provides DUI education, gambling screenings, and school-based prevention services.
