Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles Valley Storefront

Located on Victory Boulevard near the Hollywood Freeway in North Hollywood, Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles (JFSLA) Valley Storefront Community Resource Center supports adults facing depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. Services include individual therapy, case management, and medication monitoring in person or via telehealth, with multilingual support available. They offer care for older adults and people with disabilities through wellness classes and social connection.
JFSLA Valley Storefront Community Resource Center's approach to treatment includes individual psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and telemedicine/telehealth therapy. Additional services such as family psychoeducation, psychosocial rehabilitation, and case management help meet mental health needs in ways that respect each person’s goals, lived experience, and cultural identity.
Adults with special needs can join support groups, receive case management and build everyday skills through their Special Needs Life Skills Program, which features creative activities, volunteer opportunities, and community outings. Their Arts, Wellness, and Engagement Program offers older adults opportunities to engage in fitness classes, art activities, and social events. The center offers dedicated services to survivors of domestic violence and the Holocaust that promote safety, connection, and emotional recovery.

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 5 days.

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
