About Keystone Treatment Los Angeles

Situated just north of Hollywood Hills and west of Griffith Observatory, Keystone Treatment cares for adults with anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, and disordered eating, as well as co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Their day and intensive outpatient (IOP) treatment tracks provide holistic, evidence-based therapy to address the biological, psychological, social, and nutritional aspects of each condition. Each week, they arrange a group trip to a nearby restaurant as part of their programs.
Treatment lasts 10-41 hours a week, depending on client needs. Their IOP track provides flexible scheduling for 3-5 hours of treatment a day for 3-5 days a week, and clients often start with a higher frequency in the early phases of treatment. Day treatment is more structured, lasting 8 hours a day for 5 days a week. Both tracks include individual, family, and group therapy with relapse prevention, meal planning, somatic therapy, and more.
Keystone Treatment can schedule admissions 24/7, and they accept referrals from other organizations.
