Every aspect of KISA is designed to support the goal of helping women break free and live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. Each woman at KISA receives a personalized treatment plan, including trauma-informed therapy, group and family sessions, and a structured daily routine with nutritious meals and optional evening activities. The program also emphasizes physical recovery through fitness and nutrition, helping clients regain strength, balance energy levels, and promote emotional and mental healing.
