Knoxville Recovery Center takes a personalized approach, beginning each client’s journey withcareful assessments to guide their treatment plan. Their programs integrate evidence-based therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), offered in both group and one-on-one settings. Clients also participate in therapies like art and music therapy, yoga, Qi Gong, breathwork, meditation, and experiential practices that nurture the mind, body, and spirit. Clients reside in a 36-bed Tudor-style home with gender-identifying wings, shared bedrooms, and private bathrooms. The campus includes apeaceful yoga studio, a welcoming kitchen, a serene gazebo, and a large backyardfor fresh air and connection. A culinary chef prepares locally sourced meals, complemented by therapeutic nutrition education. Daily activities like outdoor games and movie nights encourage a close-knit, calming environment. After residential treatment, Knoxville Recovery Center provides structured aftercare services to help clients transition with confidence. Their aftercare programconnects clients with local providers, peer recovery groups like Alcoholics Anonymous, and sober living optionswhen needed. By reinforcing accountability and support, aftercare ensures clients leave with the tools and community connections to sustain their progress.
