About Koru Spring

Koru Spring is a women’s only eating disorder treatment center in Jacksonville, Florida. They treat both eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Koru Spring uses a combination of evidence-based and recreational therapies from a trauma-informed approach. Their therapies include acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), nutrition counseling, yoga, art therapy, music therapy, life skills workshops, and experiential outings. Koru Springs offers multiple levels of care including a residential program, and 2 outpatient programs: an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a partial hospitalization program (PHP).
Koru Spring offers several onsite amenities designed to help clients as they recover from eating disorders. Their campus features walking trails, an onsite spa, and space to do yoga. Residents have free time built into their day, allowing them to enjoy the outdoor spaces, watch movies, and play games.
