As a member of Momentum for Health, La Selva Group Outpatient Services has several years of experience using evidence-based therapies, group therapy, psychoeducation, and life skills training. They use trauma-informed approaches and provide attention to individual needs with a goal of helping individuals develop strategies to address their concerns and strengthen their personality.
