The program offers levels of care including residential rehab, co-occurring mental health and
detox, a capacity of 6-15 beds and typical program lengths around 30 days.
The clinical model combines evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling,
cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-specific therapy, meditation & mindfulness, adventure therapy and mindfulness therapy and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based,
holistic, personalized treatment and twelve step.
This center serves men and women, older adults, young adults, lgbtq+ and executives and treats alcohol, co-occurring disorders, drug addiction, chronic relapse, benzodiazepines and cocaine.
On-site features include access to nature, outdoor lounge, chef-prepared meals, walking trails and beach access.
The center works with 24 insurers including ComPsych, GuideWell, HealthNet and HealthPartners, so cost should not be a barrier to reaching out.
Ongoing support continues after treatment through ability to call a counselor, alumni reunions, recovery retreats and relapse prevention planning.
