Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Conveniently located near the American Fork Historic City Hall, this outpatient center offers intensive care for teens and adults facing substance use disorder (SUD), trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. With both in-person and virtual options, it provides intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and re-entry support designed to fit real life while fostering long-term healing. Level Up IOP uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused methods like internal family systems (IFS) and brain-spotting. These are paired with holistic practices including meditation, yoga, mindfulness, and life skills to help clients restore emotional balance and strengthen overall wellness. The center offers flexible scheduling, virtual therapy, and family involvement to make care accessible and sustainable. As a sister company of Utah Family Therapy, it shares space and resources that benefit both teens and adults. Programs include addiction recovery, mental health support, and re-entry services—all integrated into daily routines without disrupting school or work.
