Lexington Addiction Center offers a flexible outpatient program treating addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Their varying levels of outpatient services including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient care. PHP is the most intensive of the 3, offering structured treatment 5 days a week. The IOP program is best suited for those desiring more care after completing residential treatment. This level of care provides flexibility for individuals with school, work, and family obligations. The outpatient program is the lowest level of care with individual and group therapy held once a week for 2 hours. Lexington Addiction Center takes a holistic approach when treating addiction and mental health. Individual therapy and family involvement is at the core of the program. Patients engage in behavioral therapy, family counseling, 12-Step support, brainspotting and eye movement therapy for underlying trauma, as well as medication-assisted treatment to ease any withdrawal symptoms during therapy. Lexington Center also offers nutritional counseling, meditation and deep breathing exercises, fitness programming, and yoga. With personalized therapy and well-rounded treatment programs, Lexington Addiction Center is a good fit for those needing extra care and therapy after inpatient rehab.
