Libertas is a substance use disorder treatment facility treating addiction in adolescents, teenagers, adults, and their families. The name itself carries a special, significant meaning of freedom. The main mission of Libertas revolves around assisting individuals in breaking free from the clutches of substance use disorders. Through a dedicated team of experts, Libertas provides a range of outpatient services, encompassing individual, group, and family counseling, and even medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when detoxification is necessary. Moreover, Libertas extends language support to accommodate those requiring care and counseling in languages other than English.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 30 days.

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
