Focus

This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.

Liberty Health Services helps clients take control of their lives and move toward lasting wellness through medically monitored detox, residential services, and an evening intensive outpatient program (IOP). Their facility is purposefully small, with no more than 24 clients at a time, allowing them to deliver highly personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. Liberty’s 28-day residential program includes twice-weekly case management, weekly one-on-one therapy, and follow-ups with a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Clients follow a full daily schedule of mandatory groups covering topics like 12-Step, nutrition, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. Non-verbal therapies such as recreation, art, music, and dance/movement therapy offer alternative self-expression. Life skills training focuses on anger management, communication, employability, problem-solving, and relationship skills. Liberty Health Services ensures clients have access to aftercare programs, including relapse prevention strategies, peer support groups, individual counseling, and educational resources to maintain sobriety. Their aftercare support is designed to ease the transition back into daily life while providing ongoing guidance. Liberty Health Services’ discreet facility can be found just off the Route 28 exit on Highway 93, providing both accessibility and a secluded wooded area that is ideal for recovery. The facility is bright and clean. Inpatient clients stay in private or shared rooms, and are provided with healthy meals. Communal spaces include a dining area, lounge, and outdoor picnic tables.
