Treatment combines individual, group, and family therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and relapse prevention strategies with a 12-Step approach and spiritual emphasis.
Life Renewal offers a fully online intensive outpatient program (IOP), which meets 3 times per week, 3 days per week with evening options available. Group therapy includes 12-Step education, psychoeducation, relapse prevention strategies, and education on spirituality. Clients can also participate in individual and family counseling sessions on an as-needed basis.
