LifeStance Health Lisle is a private therapy clinic offering evidence-based therapies to treat an array of mental health concerns. Their team of licensed therapists and psychiatrists use therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy in their approach.
