LifeSync Malibu serves clients of all ages. However, they have special resources to help young adults 18-26 navigate work, school, or life challenges that cause mental health issues or addiction. Their certified psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists is familiar with identifying and addressing common symptoms like personality changes, rapid weight changes, pupil changes, and risk-taking behavior. Young adult clients participate in therapies to address underlying psychological wounds, build self-esteem, develop effective communication skills, and build trust. For substance use disorders, LifeSync can connect young clients with 12-Step facilitation groups (like AA or NA) or non-12-Step alternatives like SMART.
