About Lift Wellness Group
Lift is a counseling clinic that offers outpatient solutions to many mental health problems. They offer in-person and virtual partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs and outpatient programs for various concerns. The team specializes in treating eating disorders, anxiety, relational problems and trauma. The team of providers use a variety of therapies to treat these concerns, including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, family and couples counseling and eye movement therapy. In addition to their clinical work, they offer psychiatric medication management to improve and enhance their clients’ care. For clients who are interested in the mind-body connection, they offer group yoga, meditation and breathwork classes as well. Adolescents and adults are their ideal clientele, and they accept many forms of insurance.
