Lionrock fights for recovery alongside each client so they can experience the hard-won joy of a life without substance and alcohol addiction. They believe the answers clients seek lie within themselves, and use online treatment to help them find their better, stronger selves. They offer
outpatient and
intensive outpatient programs with both group and individual therapy sessions available on a schedule that works best for each client.
Lionrock programs use group and individual therapy to balance the benefits of both.
Group therapy is a safe, structured environment in which group leaders transmit new information, teach new skills, and guide clients as they practice new behaviors and support one another. Weekly individual therapy, typically with a primary counselor, addresses personal issues, tracks progress, provides case management, and plans for discharge.
Lionrock’s outpatient (OP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs provide flexible treatment while allowing clients to maintain daily responsibilities. OP offers 16 hours of care per month, including two 90-minute group sessions and one individual session per week, focusing on real-world coping skills for maintaining sobriety. IOP includes 40 hours of treatment per month, including three 3-hour group sessions per week, plus individual, educational, and family sessions.
Lionrock makes treatment more accessible for those who might not otherwise find convenient care, including clients with disabilities, multiple jobs, children, or legal obligations. Because Lionrock clients get help from the privacy of home, they start sessions relaxed and open up more easily. There’s no driving, no fear of being recognized, and flexible scheduling that fits work, family, and travel.
Evidence-Based Context: According to SAMHSA's National Survey on Drug Use and Health (2023), approximately 48.7 million Americans aged 12 or older had a substance use disorder in the past year. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) emphasizes that treatment programs combining behavioral therapy with medication-assisted approaches show the highest rates of sustained recovery. Facilities like Lionrock Recovery - Virtual provide structured pathways to evidence-based care.
