Set amongst 145 acres of lush green hills, valleys and pristine countryside of Kin Kin, Australia lies Living Valley, a world-renowned health retreat that provides various wellness programs tailored to the needs of the individual or couple. Living Valley works with each guest 1-on-1 to create the best possible environment and condition for the body, mind, and soul to heal. The team consists of therapists, naturopaths, health educators, trainers, pilates instructors, counsellors, and cooks, that will help each client address the root cause of the issue, creating a positive change that will last. Programs are 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days in length depending on the clients specific needs. Program examples include a power cleanse, weight management, mental health for anxiety, depression, and post traumatic stress disorder( PTSD), men's health, a women's retreat, and more. Treatments can include cleansing juices, detox shakes, organic meals, spa treatments, meditation, art therapy, 1-on-1 counseling, stress management and more.
