Luminis Health Pathways Alcohol & Drug Treatment Center

This center supports adults facing drug or alcohol use and co-occurring mental health challenges through inpatient, detox, and outpatient care. With over 30 years in service, this nonprofit center offers a safe, quiet setting just outside Annapolis. Clients benefit from both medical and counseling support tailored to personal goals at every stage of recovery.
Pathways uses a mix of evidence-based and experiential therapies to help clients build lasting change. Treatment includes individual and group counseling, addiction education, family programs, and 12-Step support. Adventure therapy, ropes courses, and spiritual groups help clients explore emotions and build self-awareness, while medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and case management ensure clinical needs are met along the way.
Clients stay in double rooms with private bathrooms, matched by age or gender identity. Daily meals are served in an on-site cafeteria, and shared spaces include a gym, patio, and group rooms. Adventure therapy takes place indoors and outdoors, with housing options for out-of-town families. Staff provide daily support, and the facility is easily accessible by car with on-site parking.
