Located near Topanga State Park, Manifest Recovery Center treats both drug and alcohol addiction as well as co-occurring disorders, mental health, and trauma. Manifest’s treatment focuses on using trauma-informed methods and experiential therapies since they believe that addiction and mental health disorders are caused by untreated trauma.They base their treatment on the Matrix Model, which is an integrative model combining CBT, motivational interviewing (MI), contingency management, and elements of DBT. Their clients with co-occurring disorders will also benefit from therapeutic techniques such as Sociometry, EMDR, CBT trauma-informed treatment, mindfulness techniques, and other therapies that will address their underlying issues.
Manifest Recovery Center’s Tarzana location hosts their outpatient program, while their Woodland Hills location is their residential program. Their outpatient program offers a large, comfortable environment to receive treatment, and their inpatient program has cozy rooms, fireplaces, and lots of sunny outdoor space. Manifest specializes in treating the whole person – mind, body and spirit – during their treatment and aftercare program. They are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept many forms of private insurance.
