About Meridian Addictions and Recovery
Meridian Addictions and Recovery program is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and an aftercare addiction service for men and women struggling with addiction. The program follows a 2-phase approach to ensure comprehensive and lasting treatment. During the initial phase, individuals engage in intensive outpatient treatment (IOT), dedicating a minimum of 9 hours per week to focus on individual therapy and group sessions. Upon successful completion of this phase, participants progress to a 12-week relapse prevention program, a weekly group therapy initiative aimed at promoting sustained recovery.
