Their team uses proven treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement therapy (EMDR), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Therapists also use trauma-focused and solution-focused methods to help people heal. They support the whole person, mind, body, and relationships, so people can build skills, feel better, and stay on track in recovery. Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs and goals. Mid-Plains Center offers special programs like multi-systemic therapy (MST) for at-risk youth, youth crisis assessments, and even safe transportation for teens.
