Focus

This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.

Milestone House is part of the Excel outpatient treatment program in Dover, New Jersey. Milestone offers a variety of sober living homes for young adults and midlife adults, providing support and community-oriented care. Since its establishment in 2002, Milestones has been dedicated to offering inpatient stabilization before clients return to their community. Their sober living homes provide 12-Step care, solution-based meetings, spiritual workshops, and art and music events. There are 4 homes at The Milestone House, all of which are close to one another. The closeness fosters community and solidarity, and improves interactions between newcomers and older members. Residents have flats with private and semi-private rooms. Seniority or special requirements are taken into account while placing clients into rooms. Apartments feature separate kitchens and baths, with common areas accessible around-the-clock. A full kitchen, office, TV room with computer, and other communal areas are among the amenities clients can enjoy. Milestones proudly transitioned into a non-profit agency and are accredited by the New Jersey Alliance of Recovery Residence.
