About Mind Therapy Clinic
Mind Therapy Clinic is an outpatient office that provides extensive treatment options for their clients. To treat both mental health conditions and substance use disorders, they offer partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), group therapy, individual therapy, integrative housing and psychiatric services. All clients begin their treatment with a neuropsychological assessment, which helps the team understand the clients’ psychological functioning. The medical, psychiatric and clinical staff then works to design an integrative, custom treatment plan which may include IOP or PHP, depending on severity or need. Regardless of their clients’ needs, everybody attends and can benefit from individual therapy, which may be coupled with family therapy, group therapy, psychiatric services, ketamine treatments or technology-assisted brain evaluations.
Mind Therapy’s unique IOP program offers 3 different levels of intensity: 3 day, 4 day and 5 day options. Each of those options include 1 individual counseling session per week, psychiatric medication, family sessions, case management services and psychological testing.
This center specializes in their extensive, effective therapy groups that target specific issues. They provide groups that help clients deal with anxiety, depression and loss, or stress and addiction. There are also age and gender-specific groups available. They also provide groups for specific concerns such as authentic relating, distress tolerance, healthy living, mindfulness, self-compassion, restorative movement, increasing connection and more. Each group is facilitated by a master’s level therapist or higher.
