Located in Laguna Hills, CA, Mission Recovery offers residential rehab and co-occurring mental health care for people seeking help with substance use and related challenges.
The program offers levels of care including residential rehab, co-occurring mental health and
detox, a capacity of 6-15 beds and typical program lengths around 90 days.
Clients engage with evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling,
cognitive behavioral therapy, life skills, mindfulness therapy, art therapy and motivational interviewing and enhancement therapy (met) and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based, individual treatment, twelve step and experiential.
Mission Recovery serves men, women, young adults and midlife adults and treats alcohol, co-occurring disorders, drug addiction, chronic relapse, benzodiazepines and cocaine.
Amenities include access to nature, outdoor lounge, gardens, beach access and airport transfers.
The center works with 24 insurers including Carelon Behavioral Health,
Cigna, ComPsych and GuideWell, so cost should not be a barrier to reaching out.
Ongoing support continues after treatment through ability to call a counselor, alumni reunions, alumni events & get-togethers and return visits (alumni pays room & board fee).
