About Momentum for Health SART

The sub-acute residential treatment (SART) program at Momentum serves clients who are recovering from a behavioral health crisis. The program is designed to bring intensive support in a homelike environment as an alternative to a hospital. The facility holds 14-16 clients and has its own team of providers. Clients can expect to receive a psychiatric evaluation, a customized treatment plan, medication support, individual and group therapy, as well as life skills classes. The length of stay is around 30 days and during that time clients learn to stabilize their symptoms, learn coping skills and build support to take home with them.
