About Montare Outpatient
Montare Behavioral Health offers comprehensive mental health treatment throughout Southern California and Arizona. Their outpatient location in Encino specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating complex psychiatric and emotional issues through a blend of evidence-based, innovative, and holistic practices. They specialize in treating disorders such as depression, major depressive disorder, and postpartum depression, anxiety, avoidant personality disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizophrenia, mood disorders, narcissistic personality disorder, ADHD and neurodivergent, and more. Their compassionate and experienced staff works on an individual basis with each client, creating a highly personalized treatment plan using a blend of evidence-based and innovative methods combined with group, 1-on-1, and family therapy. Their comprehensive, integrated treatment program offers partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient services (IOP), and outpatient programs (OP) for adults, with an additional specialized track for veterans.
Personally Tailored Treatment
Montare Outpatient blends the latest evidence-based treatment modalities with holistic therapeutic options and innovative methods. Clients will have the opportunity to engage in a variety of activities including individual therapy, family therapy, neurofeedback, music therapy, mindfulness and meditation, psychiatry and medication management, and more. They also specialize in a novel approach to treatment resistant mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and ketamine therapy available. Their outpatient location also offers vibroacoustic therapy, a specialized approach offering a natural and holistic pathway to healing through low-frequency sound stimulation and soothing music. Gentle vibrational frequencies create a therapeutic environment fostering relaxation and healing as vibrations work harmoniously with the body.
Each treatment plan is personally developed by a team of experienced, masters level clinicians and mental health professionals, providing personalized care that is specific to the needs of each client with a strong emphasis on family involvement.
With several residential facilities in the area, Montrare Outpatient provides 3 levels of treatment as part of their multidisciplinary, comprehensive care. Their partial hospitalization program (PHP) is their most intensive level of outpatient care, offering a structured environment for individuals to attend treatment 5-7 days per week. IOP requires less time spent in treatment with clients attending 3-5 days per week. Their final level is traditional outpatient care, provides the least amount of structure and required attendance with 1-2 days of treatment per week.
