Located in Conroe 40 miles north of Houston, the center offers 24/7 care in a warm, supportive environment. With a focus on individualized recovery, the program helps clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies.
Their treatment approach combines evidence-based therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) with holistic methods such as mindfulness and yoga. Clients receive medical, psychological, and nutritional support from a team of professionals, including dietitians and therapists. Through individual, group, and family therapy, they build emotional resilience, self-acceptance, and the skills needed for long-term recovery.
