New Directions Counseling empowers individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. They offer individual counseling and therapy, peer and sober support, psychiatric evaluations, case management and intensive outpatient program (IOP) integrating an evidence-based approach and spiritual emphasis. The center accepts most insurance plans including state coverage. Their approach focuses on therapy that empowers individuals to understand and manage emotions. They integrate personalized treatments encouraging individuals to build self-esteem, gain confidence and develop communication skills. They offer therapy sessions via telehealth (Zoom). In addition, the center creates a safe space for individuals to find strength and ability to overcome life challenges.
