The program offers levels of care including co-occurring mental health, outpatient and sober living, a capacity of 2-5 beds and typical program lengths around 30+ days.
Treatment draws on evidence-based and supportive therapies such as 1-on-1 counseling,
cognitive behavioral therapy,
group therapy, life skills, relapse prevention counseling and motivational interviewing and a treatment philosophy that is evidence-based and individual treatment, tailored to the individual.
New Jersey Sober Living serves men and women and treats co-occurring disorders, drug addiction, prescription drugs, benzodiazepines, cocaine and ecstasy.
On-site features include access to nature, pool, recreation room, hot tub and lounge.
The center works with 24 insurers including Carelon Behavioral Health,
Cigna, ComPsych and GuideWell, so cost should not be a barrier to reaching out.
