The Worth Program offers dual diagnosis enhanced (DDE) care, combining 24/7 staff support, psychiatric oversight, and evidence-based therapies such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI). Their services include individual, group, and family therapy, along with medication management and random drug testing for safety and accountability. Women live in a structured and supportive setting that balances therapy with recreation. Routines include therapy sessions and life skills training, while scheduled recreational activities—like basketball, foosball, hiking, or games—help foster social connection and physical well-being. The facility offers open spaces and shared areas to build community and reduce isolation.
