Northpoint provides comprehensive addiction treatment with several residential and outpatient programs throughout Nebraska, Colorado, Idaho, and Washington. Their Loveland outpatient location offers flexible yet effective care with a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP), for adult men and women struggling with substance use or addiction with co-occurring mental health. Their Colorado programs provide a full continuum of care, with detox and residential care on-site, in addition to their outpatient programs.
Treatment at Northpoint offers a personalized experience, blending a diverse variety of evidence-based methods and psychiatric care with individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Ideal for patients experiencing moderate levels of addiction, their bespoke treatment model provides 10-30 hours of care per week, with day time and evening options available, in a setting that fosters peer connections. Upon completion of a Northpoint program, clients have access to an extensive and robust aftercare and alumni program, providing ongoing support and therapeutic services. Aftercare may include relapse prevention counseling, ongoing therapy sessions, follow-up medical care and check-ins, further life skills development and addiction education, accountability measures, and access to a sober community through a diverse and active alumni network.
