They strongly believe in the effectiveness of a 12-Step program and have rooted this philosophy into the heart of the program.. Nova’s staff members also bring a unique perspective into the program having gone through recovery themselves. Nova Counseling Services has a clean, 50-bed facility that provides clients with a communal living experience on their recovery journey. The daily schedule offers a healthy balance of both structure and free time. On a daily basis, clients can expect to attend morning meditation, a community meeting, individual and group counseling sessions, psychoeducation lectures, and 12-Step group meetings.
