Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Located near downtown Lancaster, the center helps hispanic men recover from drug and alcohol addiction in a safe, supportive environment. As the first state-licensed inpatient center of its kind in Pennsylvania, it offers short- and long-term care, lasting 30 to 90 days. The center treats addiction using bilingual, culturally sensitive programs that focus on healing both individuals and families. The center uses many types of therapy to guide men through recovery. Staff lead individual and group counseling, family therapy, and psychoeducational groups in both English and Spanish. Twelve step meetings, medical and mental health screenings, and HIV education help meet each person's full range of needs with care and respect. Clients live in a clean, 26-bed facility with shared and personal spaces that feel welcoming. Each day includes meals, recreation, and group activities that support healing and build community. The center also offers transportation, job referrals, and help with planning next steps after treatment ends.
