About The Oaks

Situated on 240 acres just outside of San Diego, The Oaks (formerly known as Onsite) was intentionally created for the purpose of fostering community, connection, reflection, healing, and growth. The Oaks provides world-renowned workshops that help clients tackle mental health conditions. They offer a variety of workshops, including a 4-day intensive for families, couples and individuals, a 3-day rediscovering workshop, and an emotionally smart leadership workshop. In order to explore the underlying issues, intensives give individuals, couples, and families the chance to stay in a healing and exploration place for longer than is typically possible in weekly therapy sessions. The Emotionally Smart Leadership course uses a holistic approach and experiential therapies to strengthen leadership strengths in each patient. Their Rediscovering program helps end any cycles holding one back and gives clients the tools to advance with a fresh feeling of clarity, independence, and direction. Each program is highly personalized to offer the best results possible.
The Oaks' modern, San Diego campus provides a peaceful retreat and place to heal. Clients submerge into both nature and luxury accommodations. Houses emanate well-designed charm, luxurious bedding, and plenty of outdoor space. Clients can enjoy horseback riding, fitness, yoga, and nutritious meals made in-house by a gourmet chef.
