Focus

This center treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Your treatment plan addresses each condition at once with personalized, compassionate care for comprehensive healing.

OnTrack Rogue Valley's Dad's Program is a strengths based residential treatment program with 24/7 support for fathers struggling with substance use disorder. The program allows fathers to live in the home with their children ages 5 and under while they gain important life and parenting skills. They offer evidence-based groups and wellness-oriented activities along with care coordination with MAT clinics, pharmacies, and other providers to support fathers in their recovery. Each day begins with a home-cooked breakfast, and residents participate daily in a rotating schedule of chores. Regular community meetings are held to collaboratively plan and support each resident’s journey. Individuals have regular meetings with their care team to celebrate successes, problem-solve, and plan for discharge. Dad’s Program is licensed by the Oregon Health Authority and is accredited by CARF.
