Ozark Center Turnaround Ranch

Ozark Center's Turnaround Ranch offers 24-hour residential treatment for adolescents ages 10-18 facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The ranch creates a trauma-sensitive environment where individuals learn to express emotions in a healthy way. Their services include individual, group, and family therapy, recreational activities, and on-campus education, addressing trauma, depression, and substance abuse.
The facility offers diverse therapeutic programs, including the Pride Unit for dual-diagnosed adolescents and the South Cottage program, which uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help girls regulate their emotions. Their JOURNEE program provides specialized intervention for male youth who are sex offenders.
Turnaround Ranch also supports families with an aftercare program that provides in-home services to strengthen and foster self-sufficiency. Another option, the Family Focus program, is a 9-month residential program that allows adolescents to receive individualized treatment at home, bridging the gap between residential and community care.
