Palmetto Corner is a residential treatment center that treats individuals struggling with drug and alcohol challenges, as well as mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. They offer residential care at ASAM Levels 3.3 and 3.5 in small, comfortable settings. They offer personalized and expert care for a lasting recovery.
The center believes everyone's healing journey is different. Their approach includes individual and group counseling, music and art therapy, yoga, and spiritual services. These help individuals to gain important skills, emotional support, and ways to cope, empowering them to achieve lasting recovery and a healthier life. Additional offerings include medication management, life skills training, peer support, and family therapy. They also provide nutrition education, smoking cessation support, discharge planning, Narcan training, and connections to valuable community resources.

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Life Skills, typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
