This center treats substance use disorders and mental health conditions. You'll receive individualized care catered to your unique situation and diagnosis, learn practical skills for recovery, and make new connections in a restorative environment.

Pathways Wholeness Center offers a full continuum of care from social detox, residential inpatient rehab clinics, counseling, group therapy, day treatment, intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), and sober living housing. The recovery plan is tailored to the individual's unique needs and combines evidence-based therapies with experiential therapy. Pathways is holistic, addressing the root cause of addiction and and treats co-occurring disorders. Treatment may include group therapy, skill-building, fitness activities, meditation, art therapy, and many outdoor therapeutic activities. Pathways also offers NAD IV therapy to help improve the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and addiction by replenishing nutrients that cause fatigue and decrease the immune system. Pathways Wholeness Center in Glenwood, Utah is a beautiful and serene location that offers a comfortable environment with a beautiful backdrop of the Utah mountains. Clients will enjoy cozy accommodations. The facility is a short drive to many beautiful lakes and national parks where many of the holistic treatment and experiential therapies take place.
