Pillars of Wellness serves the Hobart community by providing therapy in a warm, sensory-friendly environment designed to help clients feel safe and supported. The practice takes a systemic approach, viewing each person within the context of their family, relationships, and broader social systems. Clinicians work with individuals, couples, and families to help children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and improve emotional well-being. At Pillars of Wellness in Hobart, clients can access a range of services including individual therapy, couples therapy, and play therapy for children.
