Focus

This center primarily treats substance use disorders, helping you stabilize, create relapse-prevention plans, and connect to compassionate support.

Pines Recovery Life is an addiction treatment center located in Pembroke Pines, Florida. Their medical team is comprised of doctors, therapists, and addiction specialists. There are 3 levels of treatment at Pines Recovery. The first level is an evaluation where the staff assesses the client’s state and crafts a unique program to meet the client’s specific needs with a focus on mind, body, and spirit. The second level is stabilization, where the client medically withdraws from the substance. At this stage, clients have access to all amenities and 24/7 staff. The third and final level is aftercare, where Pines will help the client find arrangements after detox. Pines Recovery Life Detox employs a range of medications to manage withdrawal symptoms during detox. For opioid withdrawal, they use methadone and buprenorphine (Suboxone) to reduce symptoms and cravings, alongside clonidine to address high blood pressure and rapid heartbeat. For alcohol and sedative withdrawal, benzodiazepines are commonly used to manage anxiety and prevent seizures, while phenobarbital is utilized in severe cases. These medications are administered under strict medical supervision to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the detox process. Pines creates gender-specific plans and also has an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and a Day Treatment (PHP). The Pines facility has comfortable common areas, updated bedrooms, and outdoor lounge space. They are LegitScript certified and Joint Commission accredited.
