They are recognized for being the largest national provider of Vivitrol medical management, offering accessible treatment through various settings, such as sober living homes, outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities. Their mission centers on meeting patients where they are and supporting sustained recovery through personalized clinical, behavioral, and social support.
PRS’s care model combines monthly Vivitrol injections with continuous engagement via a telehealth platform, staffed by peer support specialists and clinicians. Supported by values of integrity, results, compassion, and innovation, PRS also simplifies access through state-specific referral and intake tools. They accept most Medicaid and commercial plans.
