Preferred Family Healthcare Springfield - Carol Jones Recovery Center

This residential facility offers a safe, supportive environment for women recovering from substance use. Mothers can live with their young children, supported by on-site daycare. For those not in residence, outpatient options provide continued care through therapy, education, and counseling with case management.
Each participant follows a personalized treatment plan that addresses health, emotional well-being, and skill development. Services may include medical care, counseling, education, and state-certified classes for alcohol- or drug-related driving offenses.
Daily routines combine structured activities, therapy, and rest, with parenting support when needed. Group and individual sessions focus on practicing strategies to maintain sobriety, manage stress, and prepare for a confident return to family and community life.

1. Initial Assessment

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 30 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
