Focus

At this center, you receive personalized care for mental health conditions. They provide therapy and tailor treatment to your unique needs, diagnoses, and preferences.

Teens ages 12 to 17 join a nonprofit residential program on a 169-acre Idaho mountain ranch where they address issues like self-harm, anxiety, trauma, anger, and internet overuse. Gender-specific tracks give boys and girls space to focus on personal growth through school, daily structure, therapy, and outdoor routines. Counselors guide teens through therapy, life skills, and emotional tools in a highly structured environment that blends academics, spiritual care, and mentoring. Staff support each teen in managing emotions, improving relationships, and building responsibility through daily activities that they anchor in clear expectations and consistent feedback. Staff assign teens to shared rooms based on gender, and each day follows a schedule filled with chores, group time, and quiet reflection. Teens prepare meals, attend classes, and spend time in nature. Families may join the Family Experience retreat, a separate program of Project Patch with workshops and activities that support connection during and after treatment.
