Project Turnabout - Willmar Outpatient

Project Turnabout’s Willmar Campus offers outpatient treatment for men and women aged 16 and older dealing with alcohol and drug use disorders. The program provides flexible scheduling with both daytime and evening sessions, allowing participants to maintain work, school, or family commitments while engaging in treatment. Services include group therapy, individual counseling, family education, and 12-Step support groups.
The program’s approach centers on building strong, supportive relationships. Through peer groups and guided discussions, clients learn from each other’s experiences and feel less alone in recovery. Individual counseling adds space for personal growth, while family involvement helps heal strained relationships and strengthens long-term recovery support.

1. Initial Assessment

A clinical team evaluates your history, needs, and goals to create a personalized plan.

2. Active Treatment

Evidence-based therapies including 1-on-1 Counseling and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, typically 5 days.

3. Progress & Recovery

Regular progress reviews, skill-building sessions, and adjustment of your treatment plan.

4. Aftercare Planning

Continued support, relapse prevention strategies, and connections to community resources for lasting recovery.
