Set in southwest Connecticut, The LightHouse's Recovery 365 provides Connecticuter, New Yorkers, and New Jerseyans individual coaching alongside weekly family therapy. Recovery 365 designs a personalized treatment track for clients at a pace that works well for them (typically 6-12 months). Recovery 365 supports using either 12-Step Facilitation groups like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and non-12-Step methods like S.M.A.R.T, Refuge Recovery, and LifeRing.
For individual clients, Recovery 365 offers weekly group dinners, group therapy over Zoom, and accountability through daily SmartLink tests.
For families, Recovery 365 offers both Tuesday evening in-person groups and virtual weekly support meetings.
