The center uses proven methods to guide people toward long-term recovery. With a focus on health and wellness, it offers both outpatient care and state-licensed housing to support people at every stage of their recovery journey. The center uses therapy methods like motivational interviewing (MI) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients make better choices and stay strong in recovery. The center also supports families by teaching them how to help their loved ones while caring for themselves. Group and individual counseling continue even after people leave housing. Recovery Maine operates Innovation House, a clean, safe, and drug-free home for men in Saco. The facility offers comfortable living with free WiFi, laundry, and TV. Staff provide 24/7 supervision and conduct random drug testing to ensure a secure environment where women can focus fully on their recovery.
