Located near downtown Defiance, the center helps people of all ages who are dealing with substance use, mental health, or both called dual diagnosis. The center offers different levels of care, including prevention, outpatient, and residential treatment. Its Open Access program stands out by allowing walk-in appointments with clinical staff every weekday. Recovery Services uses one-on-one and group therapy to support healing and recovery. Clients receive diagnostic assessments, counseling, psychiatry, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). These services follow a person-centered plan, focusing on each person’s strengths. Case managers help connect clients with community resources like housing, jobs, and budgeting support.
